Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur within it.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.

Billing & Subscriptions

• MedZen Premium is offered at $34.99/month or $349.90/year (2 months free). A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. No card data is stored on our servers.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
• No refunds for partial billing periods.
• Medtra Inc. reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice by email.
